Do yourself a favor and use Brenda Wolfe for your real estate needs! She was more than an agent who sold my condo, she became a friend. My husband had been relocated across the country and moved before I did. The first time we met Brenda (before my husband permanently moved) she came to our apartment and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and concerns about selling our condo. She was genuine which is what led us to choose her to list our property. She is extremely knowledgable about the Sky Club and had a lot of insight as to how to sell fast and how to price right. Once we were ready to put our place on the market she did everything right. At this point, my husband had moved and I was the one who would primarily be dealing with the sale of our place. I was pregnant, stressed, and emotional. Luckily, Brenda was there to help every step of the way (which wasn't long because it sold basically overnight). I don't normally write reviews but Brenda deserves 5+ stars because she truly went above and beyond to get us the best price and fast. She literally moved all the extra "stuff" from our apartment to stage it and have it show better. She found a temporary home for our items when it went on the market. Our place was free of clutter and baby paraphernalia thanks to Brenda's generous offer to house it until we sold. Well, didn't take long. We got the price we wanted immediately. The best part about working with Brenda is she is both honest and professional while simultaneously treating you as one would treat a good friend. Thank you Brenda for your expertise. As difficult as it was to move across the country you made this part painless!

Brenda Wolfe was an amazing agent! Hopefully, we never need her again as she helped us find the perfect apartment! We were in a hurry to buy a place. We had been searching in NY and just couldn't find what we were looking for at the price we wanted to spend. So, we decided to look at Hoboken. On the first night, Brenda showed us a few properties and quickly got a feel for what we were looking for. Then, within just a few days she showed us the perfect apartment for us at the price we wanted to spend (which was a limited budget). She explained how the market worked (extremely compitetive) and what we would have to do get the apartment. We made the offer and she made sure we got the apartment (despite the fact that a competing offer was coming in at the same time the sellers were supposed to be signing the contract). She got it done, and in this competitive market, that is the most important thing. Although I had my own mortgage broker, she introduced us to an even better one who made the process of obtaining a mortgage the easiest I have ever experienced. She always made herself available when we wanted to see a property and was super fun to work with (she even held our infant baby while we were off looking around at apartments). She really went out of her way to make the whole process as easy as she could. She also made herself available when we wanted to take measurements and look at a few items before we moved in. She did everything she could to make sure we were happy at the end of the process. I can't recommend Brenda Wolfe enough. And, not only did she help us find the perfect place, but she helped us make a new friend - Brenda! Choose Brenda, and you won't be disappointed!!! P.S. - She continued to help us even AFTER we moved in. When the water main broke in Hoboken on the second day we were in the apartment, she bothered to share updates with us (unprompted!) to let us know what was going on. That's service!

Brenda helped us in buying our first property in jersey city. She always followed up with us when she saw an property that fit our needs. It took us a year of looking at different properties and brenda never pressurised us into buying something we did not like 100%. During the buying process she was followed up with everyone actively and helped us through the entire process till we moved in. We had issues with moving on closing date..brenda made sure we moved on the right date. She followed up until we actually moved into the house. It was pleasure working with Brenda.
