Brenda did an excellent job in renting my apartment. It was seemless and easy for me. She was great on follow-up and was efficient in getting the lease executed. It was helpful to have her living in the building (Sky Club) because she could answer any questions my tenants had and she has been able to help me with a few maintenance issues I had since my tenants moved it. I would definely recommend her when I sell my condo in the future.

I worked with Brenda to sell my apartment in Hoboken and rent a new apt in Weehawken at the same time. I had never gone through the selling process before so I had no idea what to expect. Brenda was there every step of the way and was super knowledgeable and helpful. She really knew what was going on in the market which helped me to list the apt for a great price. We first worked with Brenda in April when we were looking for a rental apartment in Hoboken. We literally had 2 weeks to find a new apartment, we were coming from Astoria, Queens and didn't know anything about Hoboken. She ended up showing us about 6 different units in our price range over 2 Saturdays and ended up picking a very nice place in uptown Hoboken. Fast forward six months. We just absolutely fell in love with Hoboken, so we decided we wanted to settle down here for a while with our two young kids. I got in touch with Brenda again since she was so helpful in finding us our rental. We probably looked at about 10 different places over a 4-5 week period and finally found a condo that we thought could work for us. Brenda had a great sense for what units would go quickly and which ones we could wait on -- after we saw this place we wanted to put an offer on, she told us to put the offer in as soon as possible and to make it as competitive as possible since she believed there would be multiple offers at or above listing price. She was absolutely correct in her assessment and our offer was accepted. She also made some great recommendations regarding the mortgage lender and attorney, which we believe made our offer more attractive to the seller. We strongly recommend using Brenda if you're looking for a place to rent or buy in Hoboken.
