Brenda Wolfe helped me both sell my apartment in the Sky Club and upgrade to a larger space in the same building. She was extremely easy to get in touch with and returns calls in a very timely manner. She is excellent at explaining the details and working with mortgage brokers, lawyers and other agents behind the scenes without even being asked to do so. There were numerous occasions that she went beyond the call of duty without being asked. If you're looking for an agent who knows the Hoboken/Jersey City area, she will be a tremendous help for you. She stopped at nothing to get my husband and I exactly what we wanted.

Brenda helped me buy my first home. She was very patient with me and not at all pushy, allowing me to see as many homes as many times as I needed to in order to feel comfortable. She never pressured me into making an offer and really made my happiness in buying a home her #1 priority. When I needed to get in touch with her she was always very helpful and responsive. Additionally she was a tremendous help in managing the entire process of the sale. Again always available to answer any questions I had regarding the process and made sure I had everything I needed along the way.

My fiance and I were nervous to buy our first home but Brenda made it a breeze. She was incredibly eager to find us a condo and worked day and night to make sure we found the perfect place. In total, I believe we saw over 20 different options. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was more than happy to show us all the different neighborhoods we were interested in. Brenda is incredibly friendly and always well versed on the homes that are coming on the market. She gave great recommendations and knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. We will always refer family and friends to Brenda and look forward to staying in touch with her in the future. You will be incredibly lucky to get the chance to work with her.

I ran into Brenda at an Open House and was instantly at ease and comfortable talking to her, like she was an old friend. She had all the inside info on the surrounding area and wasn't afraid to give it to you straight. We were trying to buy our first home (condo) on a really tight timeline and Brenda rose to the challenge! Her friendly personality is so easy to deal with and she always makes herself available, morning, noon or night by text, email or phone. The whole process couldn't have been any easier. When we found our home, Brenda was amazing at holding our hands the entire way. She had GREAT recommendations for mortgage lenders, inspectors, etc. You name it, she knew someone, and they ended up being just as incredibly helpful and down to earth as she was. We couldn't have asked for a better first-time homebuyer experience! Highly recommend Brenda!!

We have just bought an apartment in Jersey City, and Brenda was my agent. In the beginning, I was not really looking for an agent, and I simply wanted her to show me a property - at this time I did not want to work exclusively with an agent. It happened out, that particular property was not to our liking, but Brenda came prepared and showed us several more the same day. Later she contacted me with more properties to see, and was really helpful explaining it to us. Although living in JC for 5 years we didn't have many questions about the area, she defintely has a lot of local JC/Hoboken knowledge. In the end, we picked one of the apartment she've shown us. And I am really glad I worked with Brenda, since at some point later what was a very smooth transaction in the beginning started going haywire due to some issue with title agency being unable to perform their duties. And this is when Brenda really saved the day - what might have taken weeks to resolve was actually resolved in a day by no small effort on her side - I can only imagine how many hours she spent on the phone that day talking to all different parties involved and pushing people so that the deal could close today. It's amazing how she could achieve those results, when I almost lost hope. Bottom line - I would totally recommend Brenda for anyone buying RE property (I am sure she is as good with selling/renting as well, I just didn't have a chance to work with her in that capacity), and will work with her again if I need to conduct any real estate transaction in the area.
