Brenda came highly recommended from an agent outside of the area, and she did not disappoint. From our initial meeting, it was clear to me that Brenda brought intelligence coupled with a high degree of professionalism. Her initial read on the house was at value above where I expected, but in the end we closed at that price. Her recommendation for a lawyer to help us through escrow was perfect - moving at my pace but also ensuring I understood the ins and outs of something I don't do on a daily basis. Truly a partner throughout this journey, Brenda is someone that I can recommend highly. And in addition to all of the skills, experience and contacts she delivered throughout the process, Brenda is a genuinely nice and real person that I enjoyed working with throughout.
